4. Start to cut addictive substances from your life. Things such as tobacco, alcohol, and even caffeine. Don't get overwhelmed about quitting your entire addictions at once, just begin to wean your body from those things and be conscious about just how much you intake.
5. Eat breakfast! So lots of people skip from breakfast due to time or because they just don't feel just like eating. However, this really is the most important meal of the day. Eating breakfast jumpstarts your metabolism and gets you ready for the day. By not eating breakfast you're ensuring you will be slower each day both mentally and physically because your body isn't fuelled and it doesn't know it is supposed to be fully operational yet.
6. Select one area of exercise that you could add to your life. Choose something you enjoy doing or wish to learn to do that is active. This may really be anything. If you want dancing then make time to head out once a week to dance or let loose and dance while you clean house. Sports may also be an excellent idea-make an idea with friends to play together or meet neighbours and see who is interested.
7. Have a positive attitude. Strangely enough attitude might have a profound effect on your own health. Having a pleased, optimistic outlook on life can allow you to less prone to illness and results in a longer life. Laughing is amazing medicine for the body.
